Description

School groups are invited to read and enjoy art-based activities with a certified Pet Therapy Animal. In this program, school groups of 25 or less are invited to read and enjoy art-based activities with a certified Pet Therapy Animal at Pasadena Humane. Barks & Arts is intended to promote creative skills while promoting compassion and care for all animals. Please also note this is an open- ended program that does not have traditional end projects, but more so focuses on interpersonal connections and experiences. *Please note: All participants will be required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status. Social distancing will be practiced. Temperature checks will be given prior to entry and there will be hand sanitizer available. All participants will be asked to submit an Informed Consent Waiver.
