Rehoming great cat

We have a beautiful and friendly 3 year old male tiger cat. The problem is he does not get along well with our other cats and as a result he has little box issues (poops on the floor). Looking for a nice home for him where he could be outside or be an only cat. If you have a nice warm barn and would like a friendly cat who loves to be petted, this would be a great situation. He is up to date on all vaccines and very healthy. We have been working with our vet for a couple of years and unfortunately have not been able to resolve the problem. We would love to keep him if we didn’t have these issues!
