I have a Joshua Tree for Airbnb close to the town center. I am hiring for a cleaner for a 2 bed/2 bath 1200 square foot house. Looking for someone who is flexible and can clean any day of the week between 11am-3pm. Laundry and all cleaning supplies will be provided. No shows, bad reviews (within reason), and slow communication can result in termination. Paying starting at $80 per cleaning with room to go up for good performance. For reference my Airbnb had 16 cleanings for the month of December 2021 and will usually have at least 10 cleanings per month. We have one cleaner already so future cleanings would be split with this person.
