Join founder of Embrace North, Luis Leonardo, for a workout, sauna, and cold plunge experience at lululemon Mall of America! Luis will take you through multiple rounds of sauna mixed with a HIIT workout ending with a cold plunge to energize the body and leave it with a high dose of endorphins. This workout was created to highlight breathwork and mental focus, while getting exposure to different environments and physical stress, all combined with functional human movements. The Embrace North Experience will leave you feeling very alive, energized and resilient! +What to bring with you: Clothes to sweat in (barefoot preferred), a towel, dry clothes to change into after the experience For your health and safety, we have developed the following protocols: +Check-in is hands-free +Instructors, talent, and employees complete a health declaration daily +All equipment and high touch surfaces are sanitized before and after each experience +Sanitizer, sanitizing wipes and masks are readily available +All guests are spaced 6 feet from one another +If you have had recent contact with a person who has COVID-19, are experiencing symptoms such as fever, loss of taste, headache, or body aches, please stay home and contact us (email [email protected]) prior to the start of your experience.
