This is my Russian tortoise, Melman. She has a boy name but is female. She is in perfect health but will probably need her break trimmed by a vet if it gets longer and inhibits her from eating. She is about 5-6 years old, and Russian tortoises live 50+ years. She is very easy to take care of but please do your research about proper diet and housing conditions. She is very outgoing and will let you hold her and pet her without getting scared, she just needs to warm up to her new environment first. She is less active during the winter months and it is completely normal for her species. She will get a lot more active when it starts to warm up, and she loves having time outside but you have to supervise her. I originally paid around $400+ for everything: Melman, 75 gallon tank, tank stand, two UVB heat lamps and lights, big water bowl, and substrate, but I am asking $300 for everything. I am open to fair offers but it is first come first serve if you will pay full price. The most important thing is that she goes to a good home that will take proper care of her.
