Through this olfaction experience, you will be able to connect each of the essential oil’s aroma to their “personality”. Learn what you like and don’t like, as well as what all that means in your personal development journey. In addition, we will discuss and evaluate aromatherapy application methods & olfactory techniques to strengthen motivation and mindset - 2 important qualities to help you set goals for the year, and create focus for a life-work balance.
