Need help work on Corvette & Hot Rod

I am finishing up my 91 Corvette for sale. I am working on my 1940 Ford hot rod adding air conditioning and more components. Installing carpet and some custom interior. The problem is I don't bend and twist under the dash anymore and I also need someone to hold the other end of tools and bolts when working on the motor. The more you know about Simple Car Projects the better. I live in the northwest near the Twin Peaks off ramp to the 10. Work would be done at my garage at home. There is no strict schedule or hours. At least 3 to 4 hours per day that you choose to work. Can work around your availability. I am retired. Finishing the 40 is number one on my bucket list.
