Found german shepards on industrial pkwy hayward/union city

Found 2 dogs in the street. They have no tags but one n it says lilu on it. One is black and one is black brown. They were on industrial parkway near the foodmaxx. Around 2pm dec 26th. Ive been looking for the owners. But nothing yet. If u recognize these dogs please reply to this post via email phone or text. Ill wait until tomo afternoon dec 27th to see if their owner shows. If not then im going to have to take them to the pound. If u call and no one answers please try again. And ill return the call. My phone is broken but i can see who and wat number is calling.
