4 piece band needs keys

We are an established 4 piece band been together several years looking to expand our playlist by adding a keyboardist that is good with synth's organ and piano sounds. We currently do a wide range of rock, blues, jazz covers we want to expand more into symphonic rock, deeper into piano and organ jazz styles etc. We currently cover tunes from bands like Billy Squier, Doobie Brothers, Scorpions, Eric Clapton, Allman Brothers, Bad Company, A7X, Buddy Guy, The Eagles, Johnny Winter, Gary Moore, James Gang, Tom Petty, 38 Special, looking to add material from bands like Styx, Uriah Heep, Rush, Traffic, Blindfaith, Steely Dan, REO, Queensryche, Moody Blues, Loggins & Messina, Kenny Chesney, Journey, Gin Blossoms, Foreigner etc. We are 2 guitars, bass and drums, all 3 of us on strings sing leads and backups, if you can sing that's a plus. The above music is just a sampling and does not compelete our reportoire or our direction. We are open to input from all members, we all have day jobs, transportation and a ton of gear. If there is something else we need, we get it. We have a 450 sq foot air conditioned, rehearsal studio complete with PA, mics, amps of all sorts, drums, keyboards, keyboard stands, guitars, basses, etc. We rehearse twice a week, sometimes more, sometimes less depending on if we are working out new material or preparing for a special gig. Usually Tuesdays and Thursdays. We do pro-bono gigs for special causes, like charities and such. But we also play paying gigs. We are all mature dudes, no drama, no ego BS, if we screw up we own up to it, we take and give constructive criticism. There is no specific leader we are a democracy, everyone gets an equal share, none of us needs the money from our gigs, but we get paid as respect for our time and efforts.
