Howdy! I'm a percussionist looking for projects. I play all percussion instruments and drum set too. I'm open to lots of different kinds of things but do have some preferences. Here's a wish list: Singer/songwriter with music they'd like to figure out rhythmic or textural ideas for Performance art or dance ensemble Intermediate jazz group looking for a vibraphone player Select rock and funk projects Live hip hop band A little more about me: I'm in my 40's, classically trained, wide range of experience from professional orchestra and pops work, bar bands, "ethnic" music performance groups, performance art, some jazz experience(working on melodic improv on vibes.) I currently have quite a bit of time to invest so I'd like to a find a few good groups of people to connect with. Here's what I'm not interested in: projects that are more about hanging out than producing something, situations that aren't working and that don't immediately get fixed or just abandoned(I really believe its better to quit early and move on to things that work than drag it out) Thanks for your time and good luck in the New Year!
