Take a trip north of Bald Head to Middle Island! Explore secluded Middle Island for an exclusive nature tour featuring the Ibis Sanctuary and views of Cape Creek. Spot a variety of birds, including black crowned night herons, and other native wildlife. The private Ibis Sanctuary is only accessible with Conservancy staff for those not staying on Middle Island.
