Looking for heated work or garage space

Looking for a spare garage bay, basement corner, auto/metal shop or warehouse space to work on a motorcycle Jan-March. Somewhere heated or just a workable temperature, and secure. Beverly. One bike, no air tools, nothing heavier than a bench grinder. Tiny 1 gal air compressor that's isn't loud. Trying to get a jump on work before spring. Would not be a 'hang out' spot. Strictly for me to work alone. Could work out time that's acceptable to use the space, do not need 24/7 access. I can't pay much, but would willing to either clear and clean said space, or exchange snow removal/spring lawn cleanup in addition to cash per month. Thanks much.
