Hello all. Long story short I woke up this morning to a text of my landlord saying by 01/01/2022 no more dogs on the property 😔 I hate to do this as my family is absolutely crushed; This is Franklin. He is a wired hair/wiener dog mix. (Meaning he will stay the size he is forever) Up to date on shots He is 6 months old He is almost 100% potty trained (if you lock him in the room with you at night when you go to bed he sometimes will go in the room but we are working on it) Extremely playful! Loves kids and other dogs of all sizes! We have a backyard for him to play in and exercise so I’m not sure how he does on a leash but when we go out front to check the mail or what not he stays right by our side and never runs off. He is a HUGE cuddle bug and would prefer to sleep right next to his human. Extremely low maintenance. Back story on him; I went to a gas station and a family living out of their car had him and wanted to give him a better home so my wife rescued him which we assumed that’s why he isn’t fully potty trained yet. Rehoming fee of $150 to ensure safe and loving home. Would prefer he would go to a great home with kids or another dog companion, but not a deal breaker. He will come with his bowls, the rest of his dog food, his VERY loved doggy bed, and toys. Thank you ❤️
