Let's first talk about what I can pay, it's going to be bleak. The reason I'm posting this is to find an AD, GD, someone in advertising who can assist in helping me create a portfolio so I can have an income because currently w/o a portfolio it's tough to get gigs as a CW. This is a great gig if you're in the same boat...maybe you're also trying to create a book/portfolio.
