Perfect combo - mechanically inclined / super yard maitianance / garden person / organizational skills. 1. Hobby - Car / Truck restoration / could include Fabrication - rebuilding / sanding / prep / detailing 2. YARD STUFF - Sit down mower / weed whacker / weed pulling / trimming / racking leaves / shop clean up / tool organizing. Be familiar with maintaining / starting equipment 3. Some carpenter skills / fence / build a shed / handle a level / saw 4. Horse feeding / care / horse clean up We could work out part time for trade of Room / Bath private entry.
