Fun-loving but serious vocals, rhythm guitar, bass, and drums with gigging experience and pro equipment seek lead guitarist for Brian Johnson-centered AC/DC tribute band. Not going for the look, just the sound. Please have a humbucker-equipped guitar and all-tube Marshall amp, and not rely on pedals to get your sound. Must be willing to put the time in to nail signature guitar solos, appropriate (Angus) rhythm parts, and free-form solo when appropriate. Rehearse Tuesday nights at hourly rate rehearsal facility in Newton (just off 128), and be willing to share the cost ($10-$15/night). Doing many of the standard songs, some deeper cuts, and also songs off of later albums such as Stiff Upper Lip and Power Up. Vocalist can be heard on YouTube at acdcguyusa.
