Serious inquiries only! Recently started going to planet fitness in Petaluma. Beginner gymer here. looking for a workout buddy. All are welcome! My personal goal is to lose the little tummy fat I grew and gain lean mass.
My workout sched is mon-fri starting at 7pm. 1 hour total of warmup, mass and strength training on Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri. And 20 to 30 minutes of running mon-fri which would also be after a workout on workout days. Finishing the days off with a shower (not with each other!) and a hydromassage :)
Looking for someone who enjoys working out and can join most or preferably all of the workout days at the starting time :D. I look forward to hearing from ya'll.
