Tabby found on Skinner Butte

We were walking around on Skinner Butte and heard meowing coming from a tree near the parking area up top. Climbed up and retrieved this very friendly tabby who was happy to find a warm human to cuddle up to. Carried home, and now want to reconnect it with the owners! Cat is wearing a collar, can you describe it? Thanks and look forward to hearing from you!
