Found men's sterling silver ring

I found a men's sterling silver ring on the east side of Cheesman park on Dec 8th, very close to sidewalk and a tree. (I think it may belong to a dog owner.) Ring is fairly large sized and has intricate/unique design (see photo), along with initials and a year inscribed on inside of the ring.
