Female Rock Singer in Prov seeks bandmates

Hey all, I'm an experienced 24 year old singer/songwriter looking for musicians to start a band with in or around Providence, RI. I'm flexible on the genre, but I am especially interested in starting an original group that does shoegaze/early alternative inspired music. Some of my biggest influences are The Velvet Underground, The Stooges, The Slits, Jefferson Airplane, The Flying Lizards, Souxsie and the Banshees, The Smiths and Til' Tuesday. Side project: I'd love to work with a band on doing renditions of Lou Reed/Iggy Pop/Black Sabbath tunes with female (my) vocals. LGBTQ+ friendly! All instruments welcome.
