My home in Castle rock Needs the following repairs on the exterior of the home:
1) Visible nails on roof need to be caulked to prevent water intrusion.
2) Wood braces from deck going to roof need to be removed and holes sealed or reroofed that part
3) Install missing roof edge flashing
4) Facia Board installed on front of house behind behind gutter
5) All visible electrical wiring brought up to code/ Capp wires in a junction box under house and tack to beams
6) Post and pier foundation needs to have brackets installed at all connection locations and all post rounds need replaced with modern support beams/post
7) The floor support beams that show rot need to be replaced and hangers installed between joist.
8) All galvanized water lines need to be replaced with modern water supply
