Custodian performs general custodial work in connection with cleaning and maintaining buildings Meet all appropriate work standards; punctual arrival and departure to and from work. College located in Boston, off street parking available - Cleaning of student dorm rooms following COVID isolation - Technicians hand wipe all non-porous surfaces with disinfectant. - Technicians will clean all hard surface flooring with disinfectant solution - Technicians will dispose of any debris left behind - Technicians will clean all appliances - Swap out bedding, linens, and towels - Restock personal care and sanitation items - All work to follow most recent CDC and OSHA standards including proper P100 Respirator & PPE - Use Electrostatic Sprayer on all common touched areas - Clean all common bathrooms, stock toilet paper, paper towels, soap - Clean all common areas - Clean all common door handles and rails - Clean all laundry rooms - Dispose of all daily trash - Refill all hand sanitizer dispensers - Check all emergency lighting, all Tags on Fire Extinguishers, and all Fire / Alarm Panels (“All Systems Normal”) - Maintain a supply of job related cleaning supplies - Student Concierge service to rooms - Comply with all COVID-19 protocols Must be vaccinated for COVID-19 Must have valid driver’s license Shifts available 8:00A – 4:30, 12:00P – 8:30P, 4:30P – 8:00A, Overtime available
