This is a beginner-friendly session. Even if you have never paddled or practiced yoga, our instructors will have you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Enjoy the rest of your day feeling relaxed and refreshed! You'll have a new appreciation and connection to nature and yourself. What to bring: -Reusable Water Bottle -Sun Protection -Small towel to cover your face during the meditation if the sun is bright -Change of clothing and towel. Most people do not fall off but you may want to go for a swim, the water feels amazing.
