hello! i’m a 23 y/o wannabe musician who hasn’t played with, or performed for anyone in more than a few years. i mostly play keys and sing, but can work around guitar and bass, and also did a lot of brass and woodwinds in high school. i’m mostly looking for like-minded people who like to laugh, have fun, listen to and create music. i love learning about theory, but typically like to work things out by ear. (not much of a music reader) but would like to improve on that! also looking to hone my vocal abilities in a bit more, so any help with that would be sick. some musical inspirations include: whitney houston, mariah carey, brandy, tamia, adele, toni braxton.. etc. i’m very much into pop/R&B, but love to create in all genres. would love to find people to write and jam with and don’t want there to be any pressure! would be cool to make a few friends along the way and see where the music takes us :) preferably be around my age, but not picky!! music isn’t ageist.
