With a very heavy heart, Splash needs a new home. She is 20 years old, beautiful bird. Her back story-- from what I was told, she has been abused, hit, neglected, not fed properly, cussed at. So she isnt the most trusting or lovable bird. She does wanna bite. But, has also let me pet her head. My story-- I went and got her about a month ago. I wanted to rehabilitate her, and teach her to trust again. She is now eating produce and zupreem pellets. I had huge plans for me and Splash. 1 week ago I was sent to the ER, and after 4 days being in there, Dr. Diagnosed me with having MS. And now unfortunately I am unable to care for her, the kind of attention/time that she needs, due to my health. She has major potential, if she finds the right person to help her. She comes with her cage, as we haven't bought her a new one, as it came with her. I just know in my heart the best thing to do is to find her her forever home. I am asking, just what I paid for her a month ago of 450.00 If you think you'd like to meet splash please let me know. I hope the right person/people see this. Thank you so very much.
