Found dog needs home

I found this girl dog. She looks young she needs a home she was terribly mad it up probably needs to be entirely shaved but I don’t have the proper tools. She really needs at home I’ve done everything I can to find her previous one but it doesn’t look like she has one that’s willing to take her. Please let me know if you’re interested rehoming fee $20 to make sure she goes to a good home.
