An upscale NYE presented by POLANCO POLANCO is proud to bring you a spectacular New Year's Eve celebration! We will be featuring a chef dinner in our newly opened tapas bar in the heart of downtown Asheville with the red carpet treatment, NYE party favors, and champagne toast at midnight. Upstairs we will have one of Asheville's best, DJ Audio bringing the nightlife entertainment and dancing. Dinner tickets include champagne toast at midnight, NYE party favors, and entry to our upstairs nightlife open till 2 AM, and our gourmet chef stations serving from 8pm including: Prime rib with horseradish cream Chicken coq au vin (vegan & regular option) Fettuchini alfredo with edible flowers (vegan & regular option) Roasted brussel sprouts with balsamic glaze Mashed potatoes infused with vegan garlic & rosemary butter Gambas al ajillo, our shrimp on a garlic and chile de arbol oil ( also with the vegan contrapart four our diteary oriented guests) non-alcoholic drinks included Door tickets only include entry at 11PM with hors d'oeuvre till midnight.
