Get clear on your intentions On the first new moon of the new year, Sophlow will take us through a journey of many modalities including meditation, movement, breath-work, and arts + crafts to help us gain clarity on our intentions for the next lunar phase. After the intention has become clear, we will create manifestation boxes to keep at our sides as a reminder. All supplies will be provided, please bring any small talismans, crystals, or herbs that you'd like to add into your box of magic. $20
