Boat Rental business located in Marathon Florida Keys is looking for a MANAGER. Responsabilities: 1.Accomplishes objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating the activities. 3. Maintains staff by recruiting, orienting, and training employees. (4 people) 4. Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment. 5. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 6. In charge of all the process of maintain, prevent and correct all the mechanic problems with the vessels. 7. Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements. 8. Assess vessel machinery to accurately diagnose and repair issues. Requires : Mechanic Degree (indispensable). Preference Marine Mechanic certification. Customers service experience. Leadership skills. Sense of urgent, Proactive and very responsible. 5 days a week. Tourist business. Weekend and holidays are busy time.
