My name is Kathy Chu. I received my Yoga Teacher certification from Core Power Yoga in 2018 and my Prenatal Yoga Teacher certification from Ma Yoga. I am passionate about health, wellness and humanity. I specialize in mind and body alignment and deep meditation to reduce stress and anxiety.
During the month of December, 20% of sales will be donated to a local non-profit. Below are the non-profits you and I will be supporting.
December 5-6, 2020: Elizabeth House - "Elizabeth House provides a Residential Program and life-long personalized care for pregnant and parenting women and their children... Most of the women who enter our home have experienced the intergenerational impact of trauma and need both safety and healing."December 12-13, 2020: Day One - "Building vibrant, healthy cities by advancing public health, empowering youth, and igniting change."December 19-20, 2020: Union Station Homeless Services - "Our programs are rebuilding lives! We offer comprehensive outreach, shelter, housing, and employment services to help adults and families find housing and stay housed for good."Classes are limited to (10) people to keep a good social distance but also because I want to give everyone my time and attention. I have been teaching outdoor yoga classes, during this pandemic, since July and this has been completely safe for all attendees.
