I found them on the ground right after exiting the United Airlines baggage claim area through one of the sliding glass doors on Arrivals level at DCA. This would've been ~ 4:15 PM on Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2021. If you think they're yours send me an email describing what they look like and I'll show you a photo that we can use to confirm.
