Hard working and humble family here, looking for an independent,experienced, driven and motivated house cleaning person that can clean a couple of homes a week and our office so we can focus more on our businesses. This is a part time/ almost full time position from January to June after probably no more than 30 hrs a week. THIS IS A TEMPORARY/ SEASONAL POSITION THAT CAN LEAD TO A PERMANENT POSITION. STARTING PAY IS 16.00 AN HOUR AND SALARY WILL INCREASE TO $18.00 AFTER 30 DAYS DEPENDING ON PERFORMANCE. WE CAN PAY CASH WITH 1099 FORM OR PAYROLL. YOU DECIDE. Please do not apply if you can not commit to a set schedule. No work on weekends, but we need and must have someone reliable that does not have many distractions taking you away from maintaining our places clean and in good order during the week. You must have drivers license and auto insurance as you will run errands for our office and our homes. We will pay for gas/mileage when running errands no problem. We are easy going and there is no pressure or stress involved, we are not micromanagers and once you get used to the routine of what to do, this will be a very easy job. Esta es una posición de medio tiempo a casi a tiempo completo de enero a junio, probablemente después de no más de 35 horas a la semana. ESTA ES UNA POSICIÓN TEMPORAL A MINIMO DE 6 MESES QUE PUEDE CONDUCIR A UNA POSICIÓN PERMANENTE. EL PAGO INICIAL ES 16.00 POR HORA Y EL SALARIO AUMENTARÁ A $ 18.00 DESPUÉS DE 30 DÍAS DEPENDIENDO DEL RENDIMIENTO. PODEMOS PAGAR EN EFECTIVO CON EL FORMULARIO 1099 O NÓMINA DE PAGO. TÚ DECIDES. No aplique si no puede comprometerse con un horario establecido y fijo. No hay trabajo los fines de semana, pero necesitamos y debemos tener a alguien confiable que no tenga muchas distracciones que te alejen de mantener nuestros lugares limpios y en buen estado durante la semana. Debe tener licencia de conducir y seguro de automóvil, ya que hará mandados/diligencias para nuestra oficina y nuestros hogares. Pagaremos la gasolina / kilometraje cuando nos asistas con estas diligencias. Somos tranquilos y no hay presión ni estrés, no somos muy exigentes y una vez que te acostumbres a la rutina de qué hacer, este será un trabajo muy fácil.
