NEED help with possible wrongful eviction. I have owned my mobilehome for the past 18 years now. I have been given a eviction notice for not following park rules and regulations. The parks Attorney is stating that I needed to do some repairs and paint my home but yet the homes that the park owner owns need painting more than mine do. According to the laws set by the Mobilehome Residency Laws of California the park owner needs to abide by the same rules and regulations that I have to abide by. Some of the homes need exterior repair and painting just like mine did. Most if not all of the homes in the park need painting. There are rules and regulations that are being broken by renters of the homes that the park owner owns but yet they are not getting eviction notices nor are the other private home owners. I am being harassed by the parks Attorney. The parks Attorney stated in an email that I could sell my home in place but yet is telling ALL of my prospective buyers that the home needs to be moved from the park upon my selling it. Which if I understand correctly he can NOT do. The parks Attorney also will no longer respond to any of my prospective buyers emails when they ask for an application for residency. I NEED HELP. FAST
