Guitarist looking to jam with drums, keys and bass - have nice space

I play guitar and also mess around with some techno synth stuff. I'm looking to jam with at least a drummer and bass or keyboard player. I'm into all the basics: 90's grunge, dead, Floyd, MMW. I also love Phish! I have a room at the Rock Around the Clock rehearsal building in NW Portland. It's a unique rehearsal space. There's a nice big open common area with warehouse height ceilings and a stage area where we could play. There's a pa system, lights and everything. Better than cramming into my small room there. It's a nice big airy space should be totally safe if it's just us wearing masks. Even with this new variant bullshit. Safer than going to the supermarket at least. I have a bunch of new 3m n95 masks if interested. The building doesn't have many rooms and there's usually not much going on and pretty quiet in general. Anyways...
