Need a roofer contractor to install new shingles and felt paper

NEED ROOFER CONTRACTOR: Need a contractor to come give me a written bid to replace shingles and underlayment / felt paper on a house in City of Martinsburg. Owner will obtain building permit, need someone experienced with shingle roof installation, about 14-15 square, we will be installing architectural shingles and need a nice neat job. It is steep with two or three big valleys, need metal flashing to run down the valleys. Will need roof jacks and a few boards. Owner will provide all materials. Just throw old shingles down and owner will clean up. Need someone who has a contractor license, and give SSN / FEIN for Form 1099. Will pay reasonable price for entire job. Cannot start for a couple weeks waiting on asbestos report on old shingles to come off, probably middle of January 2022. Send email and I will get right back to you.
