Silkie Chicks

Description

We have 3 Silkie chicks that we need to rehome together. They are a week old, and eat chick starter food. They must be kept inside in a brooder with heat lamp until probably April, or when night temps are not below 60. One will be a white and black paint, one is a blue, and the other is a blue partridge. They are all bearded and crested. No way to sex a Silkie.. you won’t know if it’s hen or roo until approximately 6 months old when they either crow or lay. They are the perfect backyard pet! They cannot fly, so will not go over your fence. They love people, if you’re in the yard they will follow you and are curious to see what your doing. They are a lot of fun to just sit and watch! They are bonded to each other already and that’s why they must go together. Silkies do not do well alone. $20 for all 3 to a great home.
