Lost- empty bullet

On Nov 30, I lost an empty rifle shell while in Madison taking care of business. It was an empty 30.06 cartridge and has sentimental value as it was used in my brothers military funeral. Might have fallen out of my pocket in the parking lot of various stops I made...Posha's and Micheals by eastside Target, Farm and Fleet, Stoughton road, Menards in Monona, Landmark Credit union on Spring St, or Fleet Farm and Kwik Trip near DeForest.
