Experienced pro (over 30+ years) female bass player who also sings lead vocals, and can play rhythm guitar - is seeking a gigging working variety duo or trio band with gigs - doing a variety of songs in the “baby boomers” age range. I am open to joining a newly formed or forming group (of musicians) that is organized, has a good rehearsal space, PA system; and has gigs in the works and bookings in the future. (Has solid gigs coming up or solid gig connections; and/or working with a good booking agent or agency) I’m seeking a duo or trio since it’s much more manageable, and cost effective, i.e. more pay per member I can just sing lead vocals (I also do harmony and back up vocals), and front a group if desired. I do styles and music from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s (and classics/standards standards from the 1940s) — including Classic Rock, Pop, Blues, Americana, Motown, Funk & Soul, Country, Oldies have good stage presence, etc. (I have a large catalogue of songs and material) I have played clubs; casinos; private corporate events; private parties; corporate/company parties; wineries; brew pubs; restaurants; weddings; Rotary Club and Lyon Club events; concerts; fairs; festivals; retirement homes and retirement and/or assisted living community events. Golf & Country Clubs events; House concerts; Fraternal organizations such as Moose and Elks Lodges; Shriners, fund raising events, holiday events, themed parties and events, etc. I am reliable, professional, easy going, and get along well with others. I have good stage presence and interact well with band mates and the audience. I have drug or alcohol (or drama) issues. I have good gear and transportation. (I am looking for these same attributes in a band I would join). I am retired from a 30-year day job career, and available for rehearsals and travel I have demo sample links; promo; Bio; and all relevant information available upon request.
