Need help installing alternator

Unfortunately, I am broken down on the side of the street on Grove St., and am not able to make it home to Eureka in time for my family Christmas celebration. I have a 1999 Toyota. I really don't know very much about repairing vehicles, but I am pretty sure my truck needs an new alternator, and a couple mechanics in Willits agreed So I bought one thinking I might Be able to easily do the job myself. So far I am not having much luck. I have $ and other things that are brand new still in packages that I Would be willing to pay someone to helpe fix my rig, so I can go home for Christmas day for dinner with the family. It would mean a lot to me to get someone that is actually a kind real person to do this favor for me, and besides payment for the job I would owe you a favor next time. Please TEXT only!!!
