Lost small white beagle

We just had a newly rescued dog bolt. He's white and tan beagle-type mix, about 20 lbs. Last seen on Second Street north of downtown! Lost about 3:30 on Witham and Circle. He has a black tag that says Wild Hearts Rescue with a Portland number.
