To the selfish person that parked in RPS parking garage in the disabled parking walkway. Not much consideration of the disabled person that was legally park and they couldn't get in their door because of their car. I could not write a ticket but if I had finished my SCOPE training then I could have wrote you a $450. Ticket. Maybe someone will know your car and see what a worthless person you are.
