Need woodworker for small project

Description

I need someone with woodworking skills and equipment to modify a small volume of engineered wood flooring. The current flooring is 7/16" x 7 1/2" tongue and groove engineered flooring. I need it cut to 3 1/2 finished face, with new routing of the one side and if possible, creation of a tongue with the opposite cut. Should be enough extra to create the tongue. Also need the bottom planed 1/16". So... I need someone with a good router table/cutting table and planer device. Only a small volume: Total of 60 sq. ft. (about 110 lineal feet).
