We’re excited to enter the New Year on a high frequency! Join us in a guided manifestation meditation lead by two local Reiki practitioners and Intuitive Life Coaches — Alex and America. Followed by a 30 minute yoga session instructed by Health and Fitness coach Shayne. We’ll then wrap things up with a vision board party! You may even be questioning if the time is right or maybe you just need a little extra encouragement. Whatever you’re feeling, we want to support you, remind you of the power you hold and motivate you to make it happen. (Whatever “it“ may be.) What to expect: Prepare for energy shifting practices! Light bites and refreshments will be provided. Each guest will receive a white poster to create thier vision board. We will also have magazines, craft supplies and materials available for everyone to borrow. It is encouraged for ALL guests to bring your own pictures to better Personalize your vision board to align with your goals. (VIP guests will recieve a goodie bag of your own personal scissors, glue, sticker pack, markers and a yoga mat to take home!) From this experience you will gain — a renewed sense of strength, aligned mind, body & spirit, encouragement to level up, a vision board to take home and the opportunity to meet new people.
