Looking for a small dog for a friend

I am looking for a small, "purse size" dog for my friend. She lost her fur babies about 6 months ago and she is very lonely without them. She is a senior, widow, who rarely leaves the house. She needs a dog that has been kept up on it's shots and has no medical problems. She has limited mobility so she needs a dog that does not need alot of grooming. Any aged dog under 4 yrs old would be great. We can pay up to $150 rehoming fee. Thank you very much for your consideration. Text only please.
