Join Grace Szeja at Creative Junk Therapy for a therapeutic open studio on stress relief and build wellness through creative self care. Calming art directives will promote relaxation, detangling stress, while introducing you to new techniques that will benefit you in all aspects of your life. These sessions are designed for adults to meet weekly to connect with your creative self along side others, no experience required, all supplies will be provided. Grace is an artist and a licensed clinical social worker and qualified supervisor. She became passionate about helping people connect to themselves through creative mindful exploration while working as an inpatient hospital social worker during the pandemic. She is currently working to obtain her Registered Expressive Art Therapists credentialing and currently sees clients via BetterHelp platform.
