12 Week Mini Goldendoodle Re-Homing

I unfortunately have become ill and can no longer care for my mini Goldendoodle puppy and need to find a good home for him. He is 12 weeks old, apricot color, semi-crate trained, and semi potty trained. he currently weighs 5 lbs and is expected to grow to between 20-30 lbs. He will come with the following: Wire crate Travel crate 62” Playpen 2 leashes w/ harness Puppy food & snacks Chew toys Water bottle He will need two more rounds of vaccines, which have been paid for at a clinic in Milpitas (will confirm that they still apply after rehoming) and he has a training evaluation at a facility in San Jose on January 9th of which the evaluation has already been paid for (training has not been paid and will be the responsibility of the new caretaker if they choose to proceed) Rehoming fee will apply
