3 month old English mastiff puppy looking for a forever home

This is lady! She is an English mastiff yellow lab mix. She’s 3 months old and has her first round of shots. She is a really sweet dog and loves to play and cuddle. We took her in expecting to buy. House but things aren’t going as planned and we can’t find an apartment she fits in due to size limits. She needs a yard and more space than a 500 sq foot apartment. She is kennel trained and leash trained. MOSTLY potty trained. Has a couple accidents here and there on a potty pad if you aren’t paying attention. She’s not the best at holding it for super long periods but getting better! She knows her name and knows sit and lay down. We really don’t want to leave her but she deserves better. She comes with a leash, collar, kennel, roughly 15 pounds of food, whatever puppy pads we have left over, a dental chewy that she loves and her puppy blanket. Can also include a training muzzle for when she’s full grown to help keep her attention (we were going to train her to be my service dog and that’s how we train to keep sniffing at stores down to a minimum by easily and comfortably refocusing their snout). The picture is about a week old. I’ll take more tomorrow but she is a little bigger now. There is a rehoming fee to make sure she goes somewhere she will be properly taken care of.
