Cockatiel needs new home

Our 3-year-old male cockatiel, Skittles, needs a new home with someone who has experience with parrots. Reason for rehoming is territorial fighting with our other older parrot. He's very vocal and learns new songs and phrases easily. Knows how to sing "Another One Bites the Dust" and say "peekaboo", "what're you doing?", "crazy bird" and a few others. He loves to display and whistle. He's a very social bird and wants to be around people. He especially loves to sing at toes. I'm asking 150$ rehoming fee. He comes with a large flight cage, toys, a fresh bag of food (he eats Harrison's fine), and a small sleep/travel cage.
