Press release from the City of San Clemente: 12/23/2021 2:21 PM FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 12/23/2021 UPDATE REGARDING "PROJECT SUMMER" DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR A LAST MILE DELIVERY STATION 12/21/2021…San Clemente, CA… The City of San Clemente's Planning Division has been notified by Greenlaw Partners that they wish to withdraw their application, "Project Summer", for a proposed development on the vacant industrial land situated between Calle Sombra and Calle Cordillera in the Rancho San Clemente Business Park. The proposal on file included the construction of a 104,947 square foot e-commerce delivery station with a delivery van queueing area and parking storage for fleet automobiles and vans.
