Press release from the City of San Clemente: 12/23/2021 1:06 PM The City of San Clemente provides sand, sandbags and shovels for residents to address drainage and runoff at their homes. Residents are allowed 25 bags for each address in San Clemente. The supplies are available at:  San Gorgonio Park (2916 Via San Gorgonio), just to the right as you enter the parking lot.  Richard T.
